Features:

Adopts quick opening system, which could draw back all plates at the same time, reliaze automatic cake discharging, thus save labor resource in largest degree. 

Dazhang®wastewater filter press has the following characteristics:

 

1. Structure adopts automatic welding, weld-joints are solid and durable, solder side is flat. It could service more than 10 years.

 

2. Mainbeam is processed by sand blasting to improve mechanical properties of surface, thereby gain a better wear resistance, extended its service life.

 

3. Hydraulic station is steady in operation and easy in maintenance. Hydraulic pistons are made by steel 45 after surface processing with feature of high hardness.

 

4. Plates are made from pure PP, it has high elastic modulus, high strength, high heat distortion temperature, good chemical resistance and dimension stability.

 

5. Filter cloth is specially processed to avoid leakage. Two pieces of filter cloth are united in their central orifices, they could encase the whole plate to insure perfect filtrate effect.

 

6. Auto quick opening system features easy operation, low noise and simple maintenance.
